Want to file a formal complaint?
At Alliant Food Safety Laboratories, we pride ourselves in providing quality service in a timely manner. If you would like to file a formal complaint, we are more than willing to work with you to get any issue resolved.
How to file a formal complaint
1. Print the “Alliant Food Safety Complaint Form” PDF available at the bottom of this page.
2. Fill in the top section of the form and email a PDF copy of this completed form to priority@alliantfoodsafety.com with the word COMPLAINT in the subject, which will notify all managers of the complaint.
3. The information will make its way to both the Lab Director and the Quality Director. If an internal corrective action is opened, we will send all relative information to the closure of the non-conformance. If not, we will send the completed complaint form back once our response to the complaint is decided and completed.
4. All responses to the complaint will be filed internally at our facility and later reviewed at management review meetings.
